RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We understand that sometimes things might go wrong. We’re here to help you and will always 100% refund you if you’re not happy with our product or service delivery.

Returns

You have 8 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused for 75% and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must still have the original packaging and your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please email your request for replacement or refund (which ever you wish) to orders@blackinsomnia.coffee. Include the following details:

  • Order number.
  • Complaint or description why you wish a replacement or refund.
  • If possible pictures of the product highlighting the issue at hand.

Refunds

Once we receive your request for a replacement or refund, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your request. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after validating your claim.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 8 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
